I am writing to you all with the intention to hold a rackets section meeting on Tuesday 16th Jan at 8.00 PM. It is important that you the member share your thoughts and preferences about the the key points below. Sorry typo on last emails.
If you are unable to attend please email your views on the agenda items as we will be taking a vote on key points below on the night of the meeting.
Our club Bar bar will be open from 7 PM. The agenda points will be
1. Current Membership & Financial Statement
2. Junior Squash Update
3. Matters arising -
a. Club Night and group session fee's
b. Court Fee's (Possible £1 Increase per court)
c. Internal Leagues and competitions
d. Court Maintenance - Servicing
e. Court Usage
