Non members playing

Dear [[firstname]]

I have been made aware by some of the membership that there are a number of members allowing non members to come a play racket sports. The club rules state that if a non member has played more than 3 times in a 2 month period that they must join the club as a member. As an organisation we rely on memberships in order to survive these testing times and also redevelop the facilities where possible. Any misuse of this simply starves the club of the revenue that is needed for us to keep afloat.

We are trying to encourage new players into the club so your support is needed. If you are to bring a non member into the club you must book a Guest in on your court booking and pay the £1.50 fee. Court bookings are now being monitored closely to ensure that this is being done correctly. Any misuse of this could end up with your membership being suspended or a £20 charge put onto your account.

Please ensure if you are booking double sessions that ALL PLAYERS are named on your booking.

If you want to discuss your membership in further detail please email me burtonmanorrackets@gmail.com

All memberships are now being taken through MyCourts. Follow the subscription link on your App and you can pay from there. We now have Direct Debit options available to pay your 2023 - 2024 subscriptions.

If you require a payment link sending out than please get in touch and I will send you the link.

Thank you for you cooperation into this matter.

Regards
BMSA Rackets
