Could you help support the future of Rackets at Burton Manor?

Hi all,

Following Gav stepping down, we now need someone from within the rackets community to take on the role of Rackets Section Rep.

We’d really like this to be someone who regularly plays or is actively involved with rackets at Burton Manor, understands the section and its members, and wants to help it thrive.

There’s a good community around rackets at the club, but keeping that going takes some involvement from the members themselves. Sections don’t run by themselves , and without someone helping to organise, represent and champion rackets, it will become increasingly difficult for the section to operate successfully.

The role isn’t about taking everything on yourself. It’s about being a point of contact for the section, helping us understand what members need, coordinating where necessary, and working with the club to keep things moving.

If you enjoy being part of rackets at Burton Manor and would like to play a part in its future, please consider volunteering and get in touch with me . We’ll support whoever takes it on, so you certainly won’t be left to figure everything out yourself.

Thanks,

Sam
BMSA Director
