Squash & Badminton Court Booking System

• Members can book courts 14 days prior from 8 am. In other words, when booking to play 14 days in advance the new booking sheet only becomes available from 8 am -- all other playing times within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
• Available playing times are shown on the Booking Sheets.
• Members MUST NOT use the courts without having made an online booking in order to pay the court booking fee.
• Members must select their playing partner(s)/opponent's name(s) to show on the Booking Sheets (or select "Solo Practice" from list of available playing partners when playing alone).

Booking Fees & Member Accounts

• The court booking fees are displayed on the Booking Sheets.
• Each member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
  • You can purchase credit (£20.00 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
  • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
  • On the day playing, MYCOURTS will automatically send a Booking Reminder to all on the booking sheets with a link to share the cost for those who were selected as the playing partner(s)/opponent(s).
    
  • Members can also share booking fees any time when logged in by using the facility to Transfer Credit.

Guest Fees

• If you're playing a Guest (non-member), then you must select either "Guest £1.50" as your playing partner to show on the booking sheets.
• The system will automatically charge the £1.50 guest fee to your booking system account by adding it to the booking fee already paid..
• If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
• This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing (but you cannot do this after your booking start time).

Cancellations & Refunds

• When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
• The fee is automatically refunded when the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to start time.
• When the booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior, the fee is automatically refunded only if the same court is re-booked by another member.
