IMPORTANT: Burton Manor Rackets Membership Renewals 2025/2026

Dear [[firstname]] [[lastname]]

I would to thank you for your support over the last 12 months.
It is that time of year when we ask you to renew your membership of the Club.

Our membership pricing for the 2025 - 2026 period remains the same as last year:

Individual Rackets @ £131.00
Family Rackets @ £190.00
Junior/Student Rackets @ £21.00 (under 18 or under 22 if in full time education)

10-monthly Direct Debit options are available too, also at the same rate as last year.

Please click the following link to pay your membership subscription:

Due to ever-increasing utility bills, we have had to put the squash court costs up to a flat rate of £6.50 per 40 minutes. This is applicable all day Mon - Fri & Sun.
Note: the club will be closed for rackets use on Saturdays due to lack of use.

We have removed the paid trial membership option and instead would encourage anyone potentially interested in joining to attend one of the weekly club sessions, where they can play twice for free, then play as a guest for up to 5 sessions before being expected to join. Adult Guests will be charged £4.50 per session, Juniors £1.

Please ensure you process your renewal within 14 days of your previous subscription expiring, as access to the booking system will be deactivated after that.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome and thank Alan Lowbridge for stepping up to be our Rackets Section Rep. Alan brings many creative ideas to help develop the section, has great connections with the Staffordshire Squash League, and should be your first port of call for anything related to your BMSA rackets membership going forward (his contact details can be found in the Members Directory in MyCourts).

In other news, there is now a pickleball set available for use in the badminton hall (just book as badminton), and we have begun looking at how we can bring padel to the club, though this is very early days!
As always, we would welcome your feedback and involvement to help improve the club and bring more footfall.

Cheers,
Sam
Director/General Secretary,
BMSA
